This customer made the good decision to go for instant lawn instead of artificial lawn.
The large tree surrounding the area makes it hard to clean artificial lawn.

We selected a buffalo type of lawn which:
▫️is one of the most shade tolerant turf types.
▫️has the ability to survive in areas receiving as little as 40% sunlight, or 3-4 hours of direct sunlight a day.
